Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals on coffee bags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
